Same here. Fan doesn't go above 40%. I've been testing OC in Heaven Benchmark 4.0 and temps stick to about 60C with a mild OC. After closing the benchmark, the fan dips to 30-35% and the temps dive to 31C or so within about a minute.

EDIT: Meant 60C temp. Was reading the power % by mistake.
