do an antivirus and malware scan. i use avast and malwarebytes. whatever you use it is important to find out the name of the nasty you are dealing with so post the logs of your scans.just because your av has quaranteeded something doesnt mean its all gone.there are different removal processes for different bugs. its also good to know the events leading up to this ie download something? install a program?
