what motherboards are an upgrade to a dell 531s

I have a bad motherboard and since I have to replace it, might as well upgrade the board and cpu. Will any micro boards work? currently has a dead ry206. Was looking at a gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 AM3

I had upgraded it to a Athlon 64 x2 6000+ dual core 3ghz. (adx60001aa6c2)

Yeah, this is the only motherboard I can find that is still sold for that CPU and it will fit in your case and work with with your RAM
