I don't actually know what I should be looking at, but I need a switch or something to swap between Headphones, Speakers, Surround Sound and possibly more in the future but at least those 3.

My headphones use 3.5mm but as they're Audio-Technica M50S's I can use the larger jack for them as well (Don't actually know what that is, but it's the one guitars' use I believe.)

Speakers are just standard 3.5mm computer speakers.

And the surround sound are in-ceiling 4-corner surround sound, I don't actually know the output of it as I've never used surround sound before now so I'll have to update this later with it.

Yes you can buy an audio switch, and a y-cable to connect your headphones and computer speakers.

Where is the receiver that powers your in ceiling speakers? If it's close to your computer that could do the switching for you.
