Hi guys, I'm having a few problems with my new R9 290. After a driver update (which vastly increases the GPU power in gaming terms), the card runs at 100% usage even at desktop. This means that whenever I play a game it crashes to desktop.
This always happens after installing the newest driver with the mantle beta, and runs fine when first installed. However, after restarting my computer it always ends up running at 100% capacity even at desktop.
Is anyone else experiencing these issues? I don't want to revert back to the old driver as it doesn't run games to the capacity the new one does. But I also would like to be able to play my games!

, i'll do the same whing as you, i supposed the app aceleration of the vga was the one doing this.
