Hello, im new to overclocking and im planning to oc my i5-4670k around 4.2-4.5
What would be the right settings in the bios, or should i go with Ai suite 3.

And, whats the best hdd for around 100$ seagate barracuda or wd caviar black.

Though I highly recommend the Seagate Hybrids which with their integral SSDs put HD performance in a whole new category ... I have a bunch of em at this point.....also standard tier 1 SSDs and Tier 1 HD combinations but no one can tell the difference w/o running a benchmark.
