could not find BOOTMGR

my xp said kaputt. so ibought 1t knew harddisk and win 7 pr;f. 64 bit.
know it says cant find BOOTMGR.
please help!

Can't find BOOTMGR means the Master Boot Record (MBR) is corrupt. To fix it I would advise you insert your Windows DVD and click the repair your computer button.
This is usually caused by Malware and/or installing dodgy software.
