I just got a cheap Zoostorm PC to replace my 10 years old Windows XP PC due to Windows XP due to die in a month or so time.

This PC comes with:
AMD A4-5300 cpu
4GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM
MSI FM2-A55-E33 motherboard

I am adding the following:
4 GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM
60GB SSD to install Windows 7 on
Zalman CNPS5X cooler

I only use this PC for 24/7 Bitcomet, iPlayer and videos from my NAS. I may use it sometimes to trim AVI (about 1GB) or convert MP4 to AVI. How long it takes to do this 2 tasks is not important as I can just let it run overnight.

Currently I connect my old PC to the TV with VGA but will prefer HDMI if possible.

My question is, is it worthwhile to add a cheap graphics card to it? Or is the APU's graphics good enough for my purposes? When I said cheap, I mean really cheap, like the £17.98 EVGA GT 210 1GB DDR3 or the £26.62 Sapphire 11190-02-20G AMD HD6450 1GB DDR3 Lite? AMD website said the HD6450 can dual with the A4 chip, is this true? My motherboard claims to support AMD Dual Graphics.

I will not be doing any games on this PC at all.
