im from Australia i want to get a gaming computer from http://www.msy.com.au/ or http://www.itestate.com.au/ my budget is $860 but i will like to spend minimum i can i dont no nothing about computer hardware if there is someone kind out there that can look at the links help me out and will help me out with choosing a computer cases

What are you mostly going to use this PC for?
Just as a start point, you should put most of your money into your graphics card, as it is the most important thing for gaming.

Now you could get a R7 260X but that does alot worst then the R9 270 even for the few bucks you save.

Case is fine, but when you say red do you mean red lights? You could buy some Fans that have red LEDs on them or buy a LED strip.
