How to setup a server to play counter srtike source via LAN

Is sorry guys but this is the first time Im trying to create a server for lan play in Source and I just cant figure out a way to do it,
can u guys please help me out here.

Also it requires some port forwarding if you know how to do that. You have to forward port 27015 TCP / UDP
