acer no disc and sttings

hi guys my laptop has had all its acer settings remove by my cousin trying to put a different windows on and he has put an illegal one on without telling me. and i have lost all the windows set up acer set up webcam etc.. now i dont have a back up disk and cant resore to previous settings anyone help?

You can contact ACER and have them send you factory restore CD specifically for your model laptop. they are normally quite cheap also.

these will have all your programs and drivers pre loaded and ready to go. a simple set of instructions to follow.

Then you have two options:

1. Contact Acer as mentioned earlier for the setup disks
2. Buy a new copy of Windows

And don't let your cousin touch it.

Ive been intouch with acer theyve used an auto detect for my serial number abd gave mw instruction on how to factory reset the laptop. Thanks for.the advice
