I think there's some bias in that report... best for what? No specs are shown nor comparisons directly given. I personally think the Chromebooks belong in the "tablet" class of computers and not billed as laptops nor compared to laptops, they really aren't and shouldn't be IMO

That list is horrible, they mash together models from totally different categories and they also list full model lines without any specific models. For example, there are dozens of Acer Aspire models.

You need to post some details about what you want to do with the laptop and your budget to get any suggestions.
