Thermaltake Toughpower 700w on 1150?

Hello i have a Thermaltake Toughpower 700w from my old 775 pc. I am looking to upgrade to haswell 1150. Cause i am low on budget, i want to know if this psu is gonna be compatible with haswell cpus and especiall i5 4440.

It will work just fine, it just doesnt have some of the power saving options for haswell that the newer ones have

I am not interested in that. I just don't want freezes and random resets.
You think its a smarter choice going for an ivy bridge just in case?
But in really prefer the new haswell cpus.

It will make no difference, and you will get no freezing unless the power supply itself would otherwise be dying anyways even with your old system

so go hard and get a haswell
