GTX 760 vs GTX 770

I am looking for a decent video card and have narrowed it down to these two. I was planning to buy the ASUS model because they have good cooling, but I can't decide between the 760 or 770. I would mainly use it for playing games like DayZ, Counter Strike, and Rust. All I really want is a solid 50-60 fps when playing these games. Would the 760 do the job or should I invest in a 770?

For Counter Strike, the 760 will do, but DayZ and Rust, being more open games, will require some more horsepower. If you can afford to get the 770 2GB, get that over the 760.

I was just researching these cards in-depth. From benchmarks and people's suggestions here, the 760 should be good enough. However, in your scenario I would go with the 770 because it has a really good performance/price ratio.
