My browser is acting weird. Its just a lot slower than usual and sometimes the webpages do not load, which is unusual as I have a wired connection. And sometimes the html gets all tweaked out, like the CSS does not load and all I get is a bunch of skewed links on my page like this: http://i.imgur.com/86edBku.png. I recently had "Scorpion Saver Services" on my computer, I removed them and from what I can tell they have been removed successfully. But the problem persists. What is going on?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the browser? Have you tried another browser like IE or Firefox to confirm it is only a Chrome isolated incident?

Chrome is a ok browser. It is based on a standard platform, much like the older versions of IE and ActiveX, but my main issue is that Google does not respect privacy what so ever. I know IE and Firefox are bad but Chrome is worse as even if you tell them not to track you, they do anyways.

Either way, test another browser first then if they seem fine try reinstalling Chrome. If the other browsers start to act up too then it may be an issue with certain setting which I can recommend this tool:

It is an awesome tool that has tons of fixes for every OS from XP to Windows 8 that are caused by viruses.

Did you try another browser like IE or FireFox to see if this is isolated to Chrome only?

I have the same problem, and mine is isolated only to Chrome Version 34.0.1847.131 m. Not sure what the m is at the end. The tabs I have set to open when I launch chrome load correct and fast. After that is when it all goes down hill.
