Major Issue with Wireless Connection

Hello everyone I am having a major problem, after a little while of using my computer I will no longer be able to access the internet, the internet connection is strong and I can connect on other devices. When I go and click on troubleshoot issues it says that the Network Troubleshooting Service is not running, I can then click try to fix as an administrator, this will not fix the problem. If I reboot the computer it will work for a while and the problem will come back time and time again. I looked up the issue online and found someone with a similar issue and found out that Avast was causing the issue, I have since removed Avast and the problem still pursues. I am on Windows 8.1 if it makes a difference, and all my other specs can be found by hovering your cursor over my icon. It is something I would like to get fixed quickly, another thing that started about the same time is that when I boot my computer and it gets to the login screen that it takes about 25 seconds for my mouse and keyboard to get power and light up and work, afterwards they work just fine, they also work when going into the BIOS. Thanks ahead of time for your help.

Patrick

Note: I have just tried disabling the onboard ethernet adapters in the settings to see if they may somehow be causing an issue, time will tell.
