HI please help me to turn on wifi in dell 2350M.

Can you give some more info as to what specifically is happening? There is a physical wifi switch on most laptops so make sure that is on. If that is on and it doesnt recognize any wifi network make sure the wifi card is enabled. To do this (in windows 7) right click on the wifi icon in the bottom right taskbar and open the network and sharing window. Then click on adapter settings and enable the wifi card.
