i7 4770k vs AMD FX-9370

I plan on building a computer very soon. My question for today is which CPU is better? Just because the base clock of the AMD is 4.4Ghz does that make it better than the 3.5 Ghz of the intel? what i plan on using for my build are-
Cooler Master HAF X
I7 4770k
Corsair H100i Cooler
Asus Maximus VI Hero
EVGA ACX Cooler Gtx 780
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB
Western Digital 2TB
Samsung Evo 250Gb SSD
EVGA SuperNOVA 1000w
Asus 21.5" Full HD HDMI LED BackLight LCD Monitor

Circa One Month After Initial build
EVGA ACX Cooler Gtx 780 (Total 2)
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (Total 16gb)
2x Asus 21.5" Full HD HDMI LED BackLight LCD Monitor (Total 3)
And if i do in fact buy the AMD will in fit in the motherboard, and will the evga gtx 780s in Sli pair up well? I believe the H100i will fit in but i am not certain. Thanks!

In that case, I would go with the intel. I like the AMD's at certain price points, but the 9370 is a 200w chip that only works with like 3 motherboards, and sucks up power and heat and needs massive cooling. The intel would crush it. Cheaper chips, AMD can do a better system sometimes.

FYI, the 9370 usually comes with it's own water cooling kit just because it's so hot so you wouldn't need the h100i with it, but I would still go the intel in this case.
