Will a Radeon HD7750 work with my 300 watt PSU?

On AMD's website it recommends at least a 400 watt power supply, but I only have a 300 watt power supply. Do I need to upgrade my PSU if I want to run a Radeon HD7750 on my hp pavilion 500-164?

I thought so, I just didn't want to have to crack open the case, I'm using it right now. I was hoping someone would have the answer. I got lazy, sorry for wasting your time, but thank you for replying quickly and giving me a hand with this. I'll find out later and will probably end up having to buy another psu like a 450 watt.
