Red Flickering Pixels

I recently built a new computer 600 watt psu i5 ivy bridge 3570k cpu z77 mother board and a gtx 650 ti. every once and a while my computer will have red flickering pixels on the screen. before this I had a radeon 7850 but I sent it back because of these red flickering pixels. I got my new gtx 650 ti long story and the flickering red pixels are still there. I have no idea how to fix this. Im thinking its my psu so I switched the PCI express cables for GPU and I have tryed different monitors.

Really? That might actually explain it. I bought a cheap dvi cable off of amazon for like 10$ and I have been panicking on what to do next. I sent back my Graphics card once and got another one back but I didn't think about the DVI cable. I'll try connecting a VGA for a little while to see if it still happens. I will pick up another dvi cable at the store this time. Thanks for the help shatterhd I would have never thought.
