Looking to build a PC for recording Minecraft

I want to build a starter PC to record Minecraft, but i need the whole thing to be under 400 including monitor. All I need is 40+ when recording on low settings. I dont need an os or keyboard. Remember, this is only a starter PC and will be upgraded in the future.

I build this from upgrading point of view
about upgrading
it supports am3+ so u can upgrade to fx later on
about display its 20'' and has good viewing...

about upgrading
it supports am3+ so u can upgrade to fx later on
about display its 20'' and has good viewing angles so added that 1
ram later on u can add 1 more stick of same kind to make it 8gb and that graphics card can play low to mid settings

budget went a little higer +50 but trust me its worth ;)
