Is hot swap sata cable 6Gbs?

Hi I'm planing to do a build in corsair cube air 540.
The case have 2 hot swap bays for 2,5 and 3,5 drives.
Are the hot swap data cable 6Gbs??

Yes they are, as long as you connect them to a 6gbs header on the motherboard. Sata cables are universal as far as speed. Think of the header as a spigot and the cable as the hose. Faster spigot, faster flow through the hose. The speed of the header controls how fast the data flows through the cable.
