I am planning on building a pc. I don't have the monitor situation figured out. I didn't decide if I want 24, 2x24, or 1 27. Each has it's pros and cons. On this computer I plan on gaming and video editing and basic stuff. My budget is <300 total with lower obviously better and I plan on getting gtx 760. I was considering 27 for it's size, 24 becuz u could get a better monitor, 2x24 multitasking. I want 1080p 120 or 144hz and lower than 5 ms. Can I make my budget? I was considering getting a 200-250 good 24 monitor with a cheap one just so I can do things at the same time. I really don't know suggestions are MOST welcome. Plz plz plz be specific with what monitor u recommend. Thank you so much

Your budget won't let you get a 1440p 27" screen, so I'd stick with <=24".

You're unlikely to game on multiple monitors, because having a split down the middle of the screen tends to be much more annoying than two splits off-center (like a 3 monitor array).

Given you want a 120Hz+ screen, I'd get an Asus VG248QE. As they're about $260, you won't be able to get a second screen yet.

If you find yourself wanting a second screen, buy a ~$110 1080p screen.

We'll I was thinking that I could play on one but the have a second one to do other things while gaming. Seems like a good I don't think my budget lets me. I might just take the family computer monitor when my youngest brother has his own computer
