I saw a great deal considering a GTX 560 Ti for around £72 and I just need to know the power requirements of it. I currently am running a Corsair CX430V2 with 28 amps on the 12V rail, will it run?

My other specs:

i3 2120
8GB RAM
1TB HDD

I would ABSOLUTELY not attempt to run a card like that on a 430w PSU. Actually.. power draw aside.. you may not even have the physical power connectors needed. Look at something like the XFX Pro 550w as a minimum. That is what I run in my system with a GTX 470, which has equivalent power draw. Personally I would go with something higher in case of future upgrades, but as you appear to be on a budget the XFX 550w will be a really good quality unit at what (for a psu) is a really good price.
