Seeing your Motherboard/CPU/Power supply, there is no bottleneck whatsoever. You would actually benefit from OC'ing your CPU to above 4GHz as long as you have a good cpu cooler. What FPS do you get in BF4 and I am not aware if R9 290 crossfire unigine heave score is good or not as I have never used it. I do have a R9 290X Windforce 3x though so I know roughly what a R9 290 should be getting in BF4 as I play that game also.

My cpu cooler is hyper 212 evo.
Anyway, I'am having trouble to play BF4, cuz always when I try to join a server my computer freezes. Sometimes immediately when I join a 64 player server with a lot of "action" but sometimes it takes a few minutes. I've been trying to change the fan speed, but it doesn't work.
I think I get around 20-30 fps ultra.

I got windows 8.1 64bit. And why should OC my CPU help? It will give me a few more fps... but it will still be really low.

Having your CPU Overclocked should gain you quite a lot of FPS, Your CPU Could actually be bottlenecking even though it is such a high-end CPU, That is why I suggest overclocking as it should improve fps by quite a lot. R9 290 crossfire is a very intense setup and even with a powerful CPU like yours, there is a chance there is a bottleneck, OC'ing your CPU will help that.

Anyway, is it normale that the core voltage and core speed is really unstable? My core speed is going from 2495 - 799mhz and the core voltage is going from 0,79 - 0,89 and sometimes over 1.

Got 1120 score on extreme settings and x8 aa . My fps was 43.
My cpu temperature was 57c. And another thing I noticed was that only one graphic card gives gpu usage.
I also get a error "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered"

Doesn't sound like CF is setup. I'm not familiar with how to setup CF unfortunately, I've only ever used SLI. But go into your settings in the catalyst control panel and look for your CF settings and make sure they are on. Hopefully someone with more experience in setting up AMD can swing by and help. Something isn't right.
