Can P8Z68-vlx support any Nvidia GPU? Or it just Radeon graphics? And minimum power supply for Radeon hd 7790 OC for P8Z68-vlx is how much? If is GTX 600 series how much power supply do I need? Please , I need help :/

It'll support any graphics card on the market as of today. For the 7790 you will need about 400W, so a CX 430W should be good. If you want a 600 series card, it'll be about the same.
