I'd go for a 550W to a 650W. I suggest a HX650 or a RM550 or 650. If you want a cheaper one i suggest an EVGA 600B or 600G. Most of these are modular

Too much power is never BAD. Power supplies degrade and therefore the power output also decreases over time, so i think a 600 to 650W would be best.

You know when you are talking about PSU degrading we are talking about 10 years atleast...
The PSU i suggested is more than fine for a lot of years.
