Hello everybody! I need to ask a few things. I have a Del OPTIPLEX 745 Desktop Computer. I did ask for advise here not to long ago. I need to know, does the PSU on my Dell have a fuse and where is it? And does the computer it self has any fuse at all and where is it located? I will some how fix my computer with some help of advise from people the know how to work on computers. Thank you!

Generally, the fuses on power supplies are non-replaceable. They're usually on the PSU circuit board, soldered in.
Some cheap PSUs (possibly like those dell uses; not sure how cheap they are) omit the fuse entirely and just count on the upstream circuit breaker.
