Before I start could you please link me to your motherboard? There are no Z87 chipsets on 1155 socket.
All the builds people will tell you all will have 8GB of ram and a I5-4670k, while the I5-4670k does have cores that are a little bit better, the I5-3570k is a better choice sense you wont need to buy a new motherboard.
You could use the same cooler, same RAM, same motherboard, same HDD.
