My PC restarts when I play any games

Hi everyone, I´m looking for help with my pc. It keeps restarting when I play games and sometimes when I watch YT videos. I downloaded speedfan and nothing is overheating, my drivers are up-to-date and my fans are dust-free. It started when I got my new motherboard (Asrock A55M-VG3+) and a new CPU (amd athlon2 x4 760k). My PSU has 500W. Also it keeps restarting in BIOS. So if someone knows why this is happening please tell me :D

This seems to me like a RAM issue. Pretty much what I'm guessing is happening is that when playing games or watching videos your graphics card us running out of VRAM and using RAM to supplement it. When there is not enough RAM left the computer just shuts down. Next time before you play a YT vidoes open taks manager (ctrl+alt+del) and open the performance tab. If you see a huge spike in Physical Memory Usage then you know it is a RAM problem.
