intel management engine interface and chipset driver are the same?

Hello again, i`m sorry if this a silly question but i need to know if i`m doing things right

I have a PC with a ROG MAXIMUS GENE VI mobo and i`m going to reinstall windows 7 64 bit.

I was at ASUS webpage downloading latest drivers and i came across with this at the "Chipset" Tab

Intel management engine interface and chipset driver are the same thing or do i need to download and install both of them?

No, they are not the same. You need to install both if they are listed for your particular mobo model.
