Looking to build a gaming PC with a budget of $800-$900

Hey everyone. I've been looking to upgrade to a new system for a while now, and my plan is to be able to play the most recent new games on ultra settings. My budget is around the $800 to $900 range, and does not include mouse/keyboard/monitor/OS/etc.. I am also not interested in overclocking, so motherboard choice does not need to be top line.

My issue is I don't know where to even start as far as what I should be looking at. I would appreciate any feedback and suggestions on where I should begin. Thanks for your help and I look forward to hearing from you.
