Solution
Total amount of system memory 8.00 GB RAM
System type 32-bit operating system
That's a problem. 32-bit systems only support 4 GBs of ram at most.
Install any new drivers recently?
"1. Try uninstalling the antivirus software to see if the problems stops.
2. Update the driver for the network adapter.
3. Try to disable the network adapters and see whether the problem occurs."

It also seems like running windows update could solve the problem, it's an incompatible driver issue. List your system specs, but updating your drivers should help.

Does your processor support hyper-threading?

If so, turn OFF that feature in BIOS and see if that helps.

Does it?

If you don't have hyper-threading, try disabling two of your processor cores in BIOS.

Your problem may be CPU related.
