i've recently re-install windows 7 at my ssd (crutial v4 128 gb 2.5" 3gb/s) and i get 5.9 from WEI which is realy low.. can anyone tell me what to do to improve it an my performance?
You can't improve performance on a SSD. Its just the way it was built with and builders don't really tend to look at Windows Experience Index. That score is OK. What matters more is the CPU and GPU. So don't worry about it.
i know but my WEI rating before the re-install was 6.9 an now every time i try to do samething on my pc stucks and its realy anoying i cant figure what i did wrong... and my bios settings is as it should be..
