Hello
If any 1 can help me to provide with me some ideas for a new PC spec. Will be using it For gaming (high graphic setting) and for 3d modeling and rendering ( open budget). I really appreciate it. Thanx

Solution
This is a build that will be absolutely amazingly fast for rendering and will play any game at ultra high settings at 100+ fps. The power supply is a little bit overkill, but you never know what could happen. You may also want to upgrade to a 780, 780 Ti, or 800 series card later, too, so you will not have to change the PSU. The 8 GB combined VRAM is great for rendering and 3D modeling, and the two cards in SLI will very easily max out any game.
