For days now i've been getting these blue screens of death from this 0x000000FE error. I've been looking around and have found no real fix for it. I've re-installed all my USB drivers, I've restored my system to before the blue screens... Pretty much everything that doesn't require me to download something. ANY additional information would be greatly appreciated. If nothing else, just knowing if it's a specific USB port so I can just uninstall that one every time I start up my computer and just use the other ones, it'd be good information.

Update: Pretty sure I've figured out which port it is, because it hasn't blue screened since I uninstalled it.

I remember having this issue and it actually turned out to be the motherboard. The Mobo had shorted out because of a device that actually killed the port. My only suggestion, if you've tried everything else, is to just stop using the port. Or buy a new Mobo. Edit: if you need the extra USB ports, I'd suggest getting a PCI expansion or some sort of splitter.

Oh. I'm using a laptop so getting a new motherboard isn't really a thing I can do. Sorry for not stating that earlier. If there's any more information I can give please ask :)

Edit: I also got the thing brand new not even half a year ago, so it's pretty upsetting that it's breaking on me already.
