Hey everyone this will be my first time installing case fans so i figured Id ask for advice before screwing it up. Just learned that I have to manually thread the holes of the case fan so i definitely dont want to mess up on that.

My case is NZXT Source 210 S210-002 which comes with one 120mm fan placed on back of the case which blows air out.

I currently have TWO of Rosewill RFA-120-RL 120mm fans but the case has 6 more open slots for 120mm fan placement

Out of all the components i would like the GPU to be the coolest so my question is, which slot location should i install these two fans at to get maximum cooling for my GPU? and should they be blowing air out or blowing air in?

Thank you for all the help!!

You don't have to manualy thread the holes since the fans come with self tapping screws. The best option for placement would be one in the front and one in the side panel. The side panel fan would blow directly onto the video card area but the overall number of fans providing a good air flow is most important in providing the video card fans with fresh air for the heat sink.

Sorry for the confusion, but when you say "in the front" that is in front of the hard drives correct?
Also lets say if i did have all of the fans, which fans would be blowing the air in and which would blow the air out?

Thank you!

The fan controller is a good idea as it allows you to adjust the speed as needed. The front fan would be the one that goes in front of the hard drive bay.
For which fans to be set to blow in or out keep in mind that you want an air flow so depending on how many fans you install you want the front side and bottom fans blowing in and the rear and top fans blowing out. There is usually a small arrow on the side of the fan to show which direction the fan blades push the air.
