I want to build a small PC for me to use as a gaming console. I will be connecting it to my TV and using controllers and/or wireless keyboard and mouse.
Because of the limited space i have for the PC, i'm going to use a Corsair 250D case, because it's one of the few cases that will fit where i need it.
Another point is that i am kinda leaning towards an AMD build (because of Mantle), but if you think that Intel/Nvidia would be better please tell me.
Approximate Purchase Date: Next Month
Budget Range: $700 - $800 (Corsair 250D included)
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Internet, Home
Are you buying a monitor: Yes / No
Do you need to buy OS: No (Thinking about installing SteamOS - EDIT: Not going to install SteamOS, but no need to consider OS in the price.)
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Conrad.com or any one that ships worldwide (Brazil specifically)
* If there are no websites like this, anyone would do, because i can probably find the components here in Brazil.

Overclocking: Yes, if its possible with this budget.
SLI or Crossfire: No
Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Additional Comments: I would appreciate a quiet PC, but it's not a must. Must be in a 250D or shorter case (height limitations). 7.1 or 5.1 audio would be nice, but not a must.
