Best mobo for i5-4670k at $250 to 300

Need the best board I can get for ocing and easy overclocking. Never oc before. New build consists of
i5-4670k
Mobo?
Pvx 2x4g ddr3 1333
Wd blue1t
Samsung evo 840 120ssd
2 gtx760 4g sli
Corsair h60 4 fans push/pull
Have everything set up besides mobo. Need suggestions for good full tower to. Talk to me need to get to ordering!!!

Im my opinion, if youre going to aim for high overclocks with a 4670K, which comes pretty hot, you'll need a better cooler.

The liquid cooling ones in the previous post looks decent.

Also, since you`re a beginner you could spend your money on a cheaper motherboard with less ''optional'' features that still offer good OCìng performance, especially if you use that H60 : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131989
Gigabyte, ASrock and MSI also make good boards around/under 200$, read some reviews if you like.

For the full tower, if you like minimalistic designs, check this one...

Good full tower ??

Well I love my NZXT Phantom 820 looks BADASS and its BEST case u can get in full tower it has cool feature such as built in LED setup , fan setup etc, front panel window , stylish side panel window with cut-out etc ::D just saying cause I own it and Happy with it .Gunmetal colour is BEST !!
CM Storm Trooper is also a good choice.
