    Good full tower ??

Well I love my NZXT Phantom 820 looks BADASS and its BEST case u can get in full tower it has cool feature such as built in LED setup , fan setup etc, front panel window , stylish side panel window with cut-out etc ::D just saying cause I own it and Happy with it .Gunmetal colour is BEST !!
CM Storm Trooper is also a good choice.

And about the motherboard according to ur need i suggest :

Im my opinion, if youre going to aim for high overclocks with a 4670K, which comes pretty hot, you'll need a better cooler.
If you dont move your tower very often you could go for something like this : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608018
The liquid cooling ones in the previous post looks decent.

Also, since you`re a beginner you could spend your money on a cheaper motherboard with less ''optional'' features that still offer good OCìng performance, especially if you use that H60 : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131989
Gigabyte, ASrock and MSI also make good boards around/under 200$, read some reviews if you like.

For the full tower, if you like minimalistic designs, check this one out, very good quality for the price : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352035
Also check out cases from Corsair (750D, ...) and Coolermaster (CM Storm Trooper/Stryker), they make nice cases.
