I have an LG BP40NS20 multi blue external Blu Ray burner. I am using Power DVD 13 software. I can't get it to play DVD's or Blu Ray disc's. All I get is the following error, 'There is no disc in drive H:' H: is the correct drive letter for the burner. My computer passed all the test that BD Advisor ran on it. The computer is fully capable of playing Blu Ray disc. My computer recognizes the drive and will recognize a blank Blu Ray disc but it will not play a DVD or a store bought Blu Ray disc. Anybody had this problem and been able to solve it? Please help!

Check to see if there is a free software update (note, up"date" not up"grade"). I've seen that type of behavior when an update was required.

Just bought Power DVD 13 last night. Had Power DVD 10 and had updated it. Update did not fix anything.
