Hey guys. I just installed new Mobo ASRock Z87 Extreme4, CPU I5-4670 and XFX-Core edition PRO 550W.
Something inside my case makes very unusual sound. It's not annoying at all, I'm just aware that something might not be working as it was supposed to. Here's the link to youtube video. I hope you can hear it. Pay attention to the sound when I move my camera closer to CPU's fan.
(0:38 - 0:43)

It sounds like there is a V6 car driving inside my case.

What do you think guys?

Well, all fans are spinning, temps of all 4 cores are at 31°C at idle (non OCed) and no, the sound is not annoying. I just want to know what causes it. I don't want to see my components getting fried one day, because there was something "just causing weird sound"

It sounds like a slight vibration and it isn't suspicious at all. My computer build makes vibration like that and I can hear if from the outside of the case when i move my ear just next to it..

Well, I do not hear anything that sounds worrisome either.

Vibrations can happen as well as air turbulence

You want vibration you should hear some of the ACX coolers from EVGA. the fins actually vibrate :(

My older systems used to do it all the time and even my Noctua(rather costly fan) fans vibrate at some speeds.

That vibration at 0:44 is actually the vibration of the phone, because I leaned it against the CPU fan. The sound from 0:38 - 0:43 is the sound I was talking about. Maybe I'm just being too pedantic, but I'm sure all of you know the feeling when you buy something new and you get worried it might not work properly.

I have no idea really. Is BIOS the only option where I can manually change the speed of fans? it pretty much keeps the CPU temp at 31-37°C constantly. I haven't done any CPU-hungry process yet, though.
