why when I open the router configuration page it is read only?

When I open the configuration page it appears as read only so I couldnt enter user name or password
I want help

This can occur when the router is configured to not allow wireless connections to administer the router itself. Rather, a wired connection is required to make changes.

Are you connecting via a wireless connection? If so, have you tried connecting via ethernet?

It also sends me an alert message from windows security that
The username and password cant be shown as they are unsecure
I checked the firewall options and pop ups but nothing
