Hey guys I am looking to upgrade my current PC's graphics card for it is a piece of complete shit...
Here is my computer right now
http://www.legitreviews.com/cyberpower-gamer-ultra-2098-budget-gaming-pc-review_1762
As you can see I have an AMD Radeon 6670 GPU currently, I am looking for something like a GTX 650ti or maybe even 660 but need some suggestions... Also need to know if they will be compatible with my computer's motherboard and what not.
Here is something that I am looking at now,
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/nvidia-geforce-gtx-650-ti-ssc-1gb-gddr5-pci-express-3-0-graphics-card/1304562980.p?id=mp1304562980&skuId=1304562980&st=categoryid$abcat0507002&cp=3&lp=8
I've talked to a few friends that recommend this card but still want to explore other options before I buy, thanks for the help in advance!

For the FX-6300, maybe. Depends if you are overclocking or not. If you are overclocking, the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO ( http://www.microcenter.com/product/373900/Hyper_212_EVO_Universal_CPU_Cooler ) is pretty good for that CPU. Keep in mind you will need thermal compound for that. ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835100007&clickid=3T01ULyeRT4T1R-QMDyQvR1ZUkTUzC11uQxm2I0&iradid=97618&ircid=2106&irpid=79301&nm_mc=AFC-IR&cm_mmc=AFC-IR-_-na-_-na-_-na ). Use THCOM25OFF as a promo code for 25% off.

The 260X is much better than the 650. The 650 Ti is more...
your motherboard will take any standard pci-x cards that are out there now. check your power supply see if it has one 12v rail or two. if it one rail 500w unit and of a good brand. I would wait a few days as the new nvidia 750 ti is dropping.
see how is test out speed wise from the older 650 ti boost cards and the 270x. the newer maxwell 750ti only uses power from the motherboard and does not need a 6 pin power.

What games will you be playing? If you are playing Battlefield 4, get

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($118.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon R9 270 2GB Video Card ($195.99 @ Staples)
Total: $314.97
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Otherwise, get

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($118.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost 1GB Video Card ($158.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $277.96
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

The BF4 setup is much, much better than the second option for anything else, due to it being a generation newer.

I'm just looking for a 1GB card because I believe, if I am not mistaken, that you just need more memory if your big into video editing and that I am not, and I really mostly play stuff like Payday, DayZ, Borderlands and maybe some League...

You will need higher than 1GB of VRAM for gaming, because if there is any AA or high textures, they are put in VRAM. If you go over your VRAM limit, you get freezes and stuttering.

A 650 Ti or 650 Ti Boost is good for what you are doing. An alternative is the Radeon R7 260X which is almost the same at the same price.

So I need some help deciding, this?
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125486
or this?
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130841
So i dont know much about GPUs and looking at the specs, the R7 260x looks like it matches the 650ti except for the "core clock" (the 260X is higher) so i dont know if this is better but if it is better it is much cheaper

No doubt the R7 260X. It has higher benchmark scores, shown by the higher amount of cores.

So would you recommend the 260X for it being cheaper and having a higher performance, and now I am just considering buying a GTX 660 for about $20 extra, I have read that it blows any 650 out of the water... Any specific recommendations for a 660?

I completely second an FX-6300 and R7 260X, preferably the Asus R7 260X. Running DayZ standalone can be a little challenging, but with the right cooling and settings it can be done flawlessly.

The 260X is much better than the 650. The 650 Ti is more competative with it, but the 260X still kicks it over. The 260X has 896 unified shaders vs the 768 of the 650 Ti. The 650 Ti is awful at Texture Fillrate, but the 260X does 61.6 billion of them in a second. The Pixel Fillrate of the 650 Ti is 14.8 GPixels, whereas the 260X is 17.6 GPixels. The clock for the 260X is 1100 MHz versus the 928 MHz of the 650 Ti. It also usually has 2048 MB of VRAM vs the 1024 of the 650 Ti. I hope this clears up the decision! Good luck!

If the Radeon 6670 is, then yes, the Radeon R7 260X is.
