How to ground yourself with a fully painted case/PSU???

Hi!

I am using the Fractal Design Define R4 case which is fully painted even the inside and my PSU (Corsair Professional 750W) is fully painted too!

NO BARE METAL!

How can I ground myself??

Just touch the metal on the side of the case. The paint isn't thick enough to stop 45,000 volts from jumping across to your hand.
