More about ground fully painted case psu
  1. I've hooked my antistaic band to a plugged in, painted PSU with no issues.

Just touch the metal on the side of the case. The paint isn't thick enough to stop 45,000 volts from jumping across to your hand.
  3. Touch a radiator
  4. Read my tutorial:

At the bottom of the page, I explain one way to ground yourself with painted cases.
