hi, was wondering if anyone could help.... ive recently killed the motherboard in my old laptop so im now using a desktop PC. I have a SATA to usb connector which installs the driver software, the device doesnt show up anywhere else other than the safely remove hardaware thing.
The hard disk was password protected through the BIOS, but when i tried to connect it into my desktop, it wouldnt accept the password for it.
If anyone has any idea how i could even begin to recover the files from it, any info would be greatly appreciated!
