I've been trying to set up an Eyefinity display group for a couple of weeks now and have hit nothing but brick walls. The community here has been helpful in the past so hopefully you guys can help me again.
My graphics card: Radeon 7990 under the MSI brand.
It supports a single DVI connection and 4 mini-displayport connections.
I'm trying to run: Wacom Cintiq 24HD Touch through the DVI hookup, this is my main monitor.
HP LV2311 monitor which is running a DVI cable to DVI-Mini-displayport dongle, not sure if it's passive or active.
Finally I'm running a Vizio television. Which is running a VGA-DVI cable into an active DVI-Mini-displayport dongle.
I know not the best way to run a connection in the world but it's the best I know to do. I can usually get 2 monitors to start up, but can never get the third one to come on or be detected by the system. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong but for the life of me I don't know what. I've already sunk 50 bucks into this venture and I'd like to not have to spend anymore. I just would really appreciate the help.
