Basically what the title says. Should i get the radeon hd 7990 or the gtx 780 ti superclocked gigabyte ghz edition. To me prices don't matter. I will be gaming at 1440p and i will mostly be using my gpu for extreme gaming, video editing and doing high end projects. Even though the radeon hd 7990 has better bandwidth, memory, floating performance, pixel rate, texel rate, memory bus and more shading units i have heard better reviews for the gtx 780 ti superclocked gigabyte ghz edition. So just to repeat again for my gpu should i get the radeon hd 7990 or the gtx 780 ti superclocked gigabyte ghz edition.

Thank you

:)

Some softwares/games don't support crossfire, or don't support it well. Going from one GPU to 2 GPUs won't give you twice the performance, usually in well supported games, it's more around 60 to 80%. But it can get as low as none.
So yeah, in games/softwares that are supported the HD 7990 will perform quite a lot faster, but the GTX 780 Ti will just perform the same everywhere, which to me is a good point.
