A790GXH/128M motherboard
amd athlon x2 7850 black edition
radeon hd 4670 graphics card
windows 7
4gb 233mhz ram
The problem is that my current cpu mhz don't match the target, like in this picture, and I was hoping to find out if this is normal activity or something is not right...Please and thanks!!
