GTX 780ti
850 Watt Power Supply
i5 4670k
H100i Corsair Water cooler

The case I plan on using is Fractal Design R4, Corsair 500r, or the 600t

My main concerns are:

1. Is the water cooler compatible with the Fractal case

2. If i use the water cooling, how should i put the Radiator? I see a few people putting it inside the case and a few putting outside of the case in the corsair 500r and 600t Case. And how should I put the fans exhaust or intake? On top of the radiator on the bottom of the Radiator?

Solution
Well the R4 can handle 280mm radiators, yours is 240mm. The H110 is 280mm, but the 240mm ones will mount. Know that with all in one watercooling takes away the cooling the motherboards VRMs would get from being air cooled. Noctua NH-U14S is the coolest/quietest air cooler. I know the Dark be quiet! CPUcoolers perform pretty similar.
